These terms cover your use of N4XION AI, a service operated by N4XION Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

N4XION AI gives you one assistant called OPAW v1. When you send a request, OPAW routes it to a suitable free AI provider and returns a single answer.

Who may use N4XION AI

Access is invite only. It is available to the owner and to invited friends. You need a valid invite to register. Access is free. There are no paid plans, no subscriptions, and no ads. The default minimum age for an account is 18. Do not share your invite or account with anyone else.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, do not use N4XION AI for anything illegal or harmful, do not abuse other people, and do not try to break, overload, or get around the service. For the full list of rules, read the Acceptable Use Policy.

Your account and sessions

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your email access secure, since we sign you in with login codes sent to your email. Keep your sessions private and sign out on shared devices. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

AI limitations

OPAW can be wrong. It can produce answers that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on N4XION AI for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. Check important information with a qualified professional and use your own judgment before you act on any answer.

Service availability

We offer N4XION AI as it is and as it is available. We do not guarantee any level of uptime. Because the service depends on external free AI providers, we cannot guarantee that any request will succeed or that media generation will always work. We do not promise permanent free access. We may add, change, limit, pause, or remove features at any time.

Intellectual property

N4XION Limited owns the N4XION AI service, its name, its design, and its software, apart from content you provide and answers returned to you. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service, and you may not use our names or branding without permission.

Your content

You keep your rights in the prompts and files you provide. You give us permission to process your content so we can run the service, which includes sending it to the AI provider that handles your request. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit the content you send, and that it does not break the law or these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we need to protect the service or other users, or if we stop offering the service. You can stop using N4XION AI at any time and ask us to close your account.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may change, limit, or stop parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms as the service grows. When we make an important change, we will update this page and, where appropriate, let you know. If you keep using N4XION AI after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
